Or at least that's the impression from the bold, unshakable confidence of Manchester City's chairman, Khaldoon al-Mubarak, who remains convinced the past three days of turmoil are merely the buildup before the big revelation—a prelude to some decisive evidence that will sweep away the initial finding of guilt on the Premier League's more than 100 charges.
This seems to be the official City stance right now. A strategy of legal attrition. Scooby-Doo-style justice.
